All fees are quoted in euro (EUR) and include Czech VAT. Early-bird rates apply to registrations completed and paid by 14 May 2027.
Registration opens 1 October 2026. Until then you can register your interest by writing to committee@csf2027.com and we will send the booking link the day it goes live.

Student registrations require a letter from a supervisor or a valid student card uploaded during booking. Registrations without proof of status are charged at the academic rate.
What in-person registration includes
- Access to all scientific sessions across the five days

- The book of abstracts, with a citable DOI
- Lunch and refreshments on all conference days
- The welcome reception on Wednesday 15 September

Workshop places are free of charge but must be reserved in advance; each workshop is capped at 40 participants.

Support
Travel grants & fee waivers
A limited number of travel grants is available for doctoral students and early-career researchers, with priority given to applicants from low- and middle-income countries and to those presenting accepted work.
Each grant covers the registration fee in full and contributes towards travel and accommodation. Applications close 25 June 2027 and require an accepted abstract, a short statement of need, and a supporting letter.
A separate carer's fund is available to help delegates with caring responsibilities attend, and quiet rooms and a nursing room are provided at the venue.

Payment & cancellation
Payment
Payment is accepted by credit card at the time of booking, or by bank transfer against an invoice. Bank transfers must quote the registration reference and clear at least fourteen days before the conference. Purchase orders from institutions are accepted; write to the committee for an institutional invoice.
Cancellation
- To 14 May 2027 — full refund, less a €50 administrative charge
- 15 May to 30 July 2027 — 50% refund
- From 31 July 2027 — no refund available
Registrations may be transferred to a colleague at no cost up to 1 September 2027. Cancellations must be made in writing to committee@csf2027.com.
Visa letters
The Czech Republic is in the Schengen Area. Delegates who need a visa should register early and request a letter of invitation during booking; letters are issued only after a registration is paid in full. Allow at least eight weeks for visa processing.

Frequently asked
Do presenting authors have to register?
Yes. Every accepted abstract requires at least one registered presenting author by 30 July 2027. Abstracts without a registered author are withdrawn from the programme and from the book of abstracts.
Can I present more than one abstract?
One delegate may present at most one oral contribution and one poster. There is no limit on the number of abstracts on which you appear as a co-author.
What does virtual registration give me?
Live streams of all plenary lectures, keynote lectures, and the Congress Hall sessions, with the ability to submit questions, plus the book of abstracts and recordings for three months afterwards. Parallel sessions in the smaller halls are not streamed.
Is there a group rate?
Groups of five or more delegates from the same institution registering together receive a 10% reduction. Write to the committee before booking to arrange it.
Will I get an invoice and a receipt?
A VAT invoice is issued automatically on payment and is available from your registration account. Certificates of attendance are issued after the conference closes.
What accessibility support is available?
The venue is fully step-free. Tell us during booking about mobility, hearing, visual, or dietary requirements and the secretariat will confirm the arrangements with you directly before the conference.
