During the conference

The registration desk in the Congress Hall foyer is staffed from 08:00 on Wednesday 15 September and from 08:30 each following day. Any member of the secretariat, identifiable by a green badge, can help with programme changes, accessibility needs, or urgent matters.

Reporting a concern

Concerns about conduct at the conference can be raised confidentially with any member of the secretariat, or by email marked “Confidential”. Reports are handled by the Organizing Committee under the conference code of conduct.

Committees

CSF 2027 is run by two committees: an Organizing Committee responsible for delivery, and a Scientific Committee responsible for the programme and abstract review.

Organizing Committee

Responsible for the venue, registration, finance, sponsorship, and the social programme.
